Delivery Policy

We’re proud to deliver flowers daily throughout Thames and across the Coromandel. Because we’re a small town in a rural district, delivery options can vary — here’s what you need to know:

Thames Township Deliveries

  • Orders placed by 2pm are guaranteed same-day delivery within Thames.

Outside Thames Township

  • Many main towns in our district can be reached same day if we receive your order by 9am (or the day before).

  • Most rural areas are an overnight service.

Rural & Remote Deliveries

  • Rural deliveries may incur extra charges. Please select the correct delivery zone at checkout to avoid delays.

  • If a property can’t be accessed (e.g. gated, dogs, or long driveways), couriers may leave flowers at the gate or leave a card for collection at the nearest safe holding location.

Special Locations

  • Marae: Out of respect for cultural protocols, flowers can only be received at the entrance — we cannot walk onto the grounds.

  • Churches & Funeral Homes: Please provide the name of the deceased. 24 hours’ notice is recommended to ensure delivery before the service.

Weekend Deliveries

  • No Sunday delivery (except Mother’s Day & Valentine’s Day, if they fall on a Sunday, and within Thames only).

  • Saturday delivery is limited and must be ordered by 3pm Friday — please call us on 07 868 9891 to confirm (in our district NZ post only offers Saturday to township addresses no rurals).

Other Important Notes

  • If incorrect delivery details are supplied, re-delivery may incur an extra charge.

  • Flowers/gifts do not need to be signed for and will be left in a safe spot (shade, out of sight) when possible.

  • We use trusted external contract couriers. Exact delivery times can’t be guaranteed as their timing depends on their freight volume from other businesses and road conditions. Couriers can deliver up until 7pm, depending on their load.

  • Out-of-town orders are carefully boxed with soft packaging and water packs to ensure freshness in transit.

Non-delivery issues
If your flowers don’t arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate quickly.
